Join us for a creative and empowering workshop where kids learn to respond to bullying with confidence. Led by licensed trauma-informed therapist Afrah Caraballo, MSW, LCSW, this 60 to 90-minute class combines art, movement, and emotional regulation skills to help participants build self-esteem and personal empowerment.

Through hands-on activities and guided discussion, children will learn to identify and manage their thoughts and behaviors in response to bullies. The workshop also includes time for questions and answers, providing a safe space for children to share and grow.
