CEO Squeeze Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: September 20, 2025
At CEO Squeeze, we invest significant time, planning, and resources into every product, class, and event. To keep our programs running smoothly, the following policy applies to all purchases.
Products (including lemonade orders, merchandise, and digital items)

All product sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue cash refunds for any reason.
Classes, Workshops & Events

All registrations are non-refundable.

30-Day Standard Cancellation:

Cancel at least 30 days before the scheduled start date to receive a credit toward a future CEO Squeeze event of equal value (subject to availability).

Emergency Cancellations:
-
If an unexpected situation—such as a child’s illness or a family emergency—occurs, you may request a credit up to 24–48 hours before the event start time.

Credits are issued at the sole discretion of CEO Squeeze and are not transferable for cash.

No-Call / No-Shows:
-
If you do not attend and do not notify us at least 24 hours in advance, no refund or credit will be given.

Custom & Pre-Order Items
Because custom or pre-order items are made specifically for you, no cancellations, changes, or refunds are allowed once the order is placed.
Event Cancellations by CEO Squeeze
If CEO Squeeze cancels or reschedules an event, you may choose either:

A full credit toward a future class or event, or
-
Transfer of your registration to the new date (if available).
