Hi, I’m Giovanni, also known as CEO Gio. I’m 10 years old and the proud founder of CEO Squeeze, a kid-powered brand built on creativity, flavor, and heart.

I am the youngest of four and I grew up watching my parents work hard to build things. My mom runs a business and I learned a lot by watching how she plans, talks to customers, and keeps going. My dad served in the military and taught me what it means to be disciplined and to finish what you start. Seeing both of them taught me how to focus, keep trying, and lead by example.

I started CEO Squeeze with one simple idea. I wanted to make fresh hand-squeezed lemonade that tasted like something special. That stand was the start. It taught me how a small idea can become real when you put in the work and keep learning.

My family background inspires how I create. Our Puerto Rican, Mexican, and Southern roots show up in the flavors I make and the recipes I test. Now I spend time in the Flavor Lab making dry rubs, seasoning blends, and other small-batch creations that mix those traditions with the bold spirit of Colorado. Every batch is made by me, packed by hand, and made to bring people together around a good meal.

Through CEO Squeeze I have learned how to plan projects, manage money, and ask for help when I need it. I also share what I learn with other kids through the CEO Squeeze Club. The club is a place where young entrepreneurs start their own projects, support each other, and grow with guidance from mentors.

When I am not trying a new flavor, I am playing football or basketball, or training in jiu-jitsu. I like staying active and trying new things because it helps me get better at everything I do.
