Hi, I’m Giovanni, but most people call me Gio.
I’m 11 years old and the founder and CEO of CEO Squeeze, a youth-led brand focused on creativity, leadership, and community.

 

As the youngest of four, I grew up watching my parents build their dreams. My mom’s entrepreneurial spirit taught me dedication, while my dad’s military background showed me discipline and perseverance. Together, they helped shape how I think about leadership and responsibility, even at a young age.

CEO Squeeze started with a virtual lemonade stand. People could order fresh lemonade online, and one order from out of state included a request to donate to the homeless community. That moment changed everything for me. It showed me that business can be about more than money. It can be about helping people.

That experience inspired my first pop-up events as a roaming vendor and eventually led me to create the CEO Squeeze Club, which is one of my favorite parts of what I do. The club is a space where kids can learn about business, confidence, and leadership through real experiences, mentorship, and community support. I love helping other kids see what’s possible for them.

Today, CEO Squeeze also lives in the Flavor Lab, where I create small-batch dry rubs, seasoning blends, and other products with care and intention. The Flavor Lab lets me practice creativity, quality control, and business skills while serving the community.

 

Through this journey, I’ve learned project planning, financial management, teamwork, and the importance of giving back. I believe success is better when we grow together.

When I’m not working on CEO Squeeze, you’ll find me playing football, basketball, or training in jiu-jitsu. I love staying active and challenging myself.

CEO Squeeze is more than a brand. It’s about learning by doing, leading with heart, and proving that age is no barrier to making a difference.
