CEO Squeeze License & Participation Agreement

Effective Date: September 20, 2025

This License & Participation Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between CEO Squeeze LLC (“Licensor,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and any person or entity (“Participant,” “Licensee,” “Vendor,” “Partner,” “you,” or “your”) who:

  • Accesses, purchases, downloads, or uses CEO Squeeze products, services, digital content, or event materials, or

  • Participates in CEO Squeeze events, pop-ups, classes, markets, or collaborative programs as a vendor, exhibitor, or partner (collectively, the “Licensed Materials and Activities”).

By purchasing, registering, attending, selling, or otherwise engaging with CEO Squeeze, you agree to the following terms:

 

1. Grant of License

  • CEO Squeeze grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Licensed Materials solely for personal, non-commercial use or as expressly permitted for vendors/partners.

  • This license does not transfer ownership. All rights, title, and interest remain with CEO Squeeze.

 

2. Vendor & Partner Participation

If you sell, display, or collaborate at a CEO Squeeze event, you agree to:

  • Comply with all local laws, health codes, permits, and tax obligations.

  • Maintain a safe and professional environment for all attendees, including children.

  • Hold appropriate insurance if required by local regulations or venue agreements.

  • Take full responsibility for your products, services, and personal property. CEO Squeeze is not liable for theft, loss, or damage.

 

3. Restrictions

You may not, without prior written permission from CEO Squeeze:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any CEO Squeeze content.

  • Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or exploit CEO Squeeze’s branding, curriculum, or event materials for commercial gain.

  • Use CEO Squeeze trademarks or logos in a way that implies endorsement without written consent.

 

4. Intellectual Property

  • All logos, names, trademarks (including CEO Squeeze™, product names, images, and website content), photography, and event materials are the exclusive property of CEO Squeeze LLC and protected under U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

  • Vendors and partners retain ownership of their own original products and branding but grant CEO Squeeze the right to display and market them as part of the event.

 

5. User-Generated & Event Content

  • By participating in a CEO Squeeze event or submitting content (including photos, testimonials, or products for marketing), you grant CEO Squeeze a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, display, publish, and distribute that content—including your likeness, booth, and products—in any media for marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes.

  • You represent that you have the right to grant these permissions.

 

6. Termination

  • CEO Squeeze may terminate this license or your participation at any time if you breach this Agreement or if behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.

  • Upon termination, you must immediately stop using and destroy any CEO Squeeze materials in your possession.

 

7. No Warranties

The Licensed Materials and Activities are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, CEO Squeeze shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, equipment, or personal property, arising out of participation, attendance, or use of the Licensed Materials.

 

9. Indemnification

Vendors and partners agree to indemnify and hold harmless CEO Squeeze, its owners, and agents from any claims, damages, injuries, or expenses resulting from:

  • The sale or display of their products or services, or

  • Any negligence or misconduct during participation.

 

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

  • For Customers: You may enjoy our content and events for personal use only—no copying or reselling.

  • For Vendors/Partners: You are responsible for your own products, taxes, and insurance. CEO Squeeze is not liable for your sales or property.

  • Photography & Marketing: Attendance or participation means you grant CEO Squeeze the right to use event photos, videos, or your submitted content for promotion without further permission.

  • Termination & Liability: CEO Squeeze can remove anyone violating these terms.
