CEO Squeeze Club – Membership Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: September 21, 2025

By purchasing a CEO Squeeze Club membership (monthly or annual), you agree to the following terms and conditions.
These terms are designed to create a positive, safe, and inspiring environment for every young entrepreneur and to protect the integrity of CEO Squeeze.

 

1. Membership & Payment

  • Membership fees (monthly or annual) are non-refundable.

  • Annual memberships are a one-time payment covering 12 months from the purchase date.

  • Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared.

 

2. Participation & Conduct

  • CEO Squeeze Club is a family-friendly, learning-focused community.

  • Members must behave respectfully toward fellow members, parents, mentors, staff, and the public at all times.

  • Bullying, harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for their child’s conduct during in-person and virtual activities.

 

3. Integrity & Business Standards

  • Members are expected to uphold the highest standards of honesty, integrity, and fairness in all entrepreneurial activities.

  • Any misrepresentation, unsafe practices, or activities that harm the reputation of CEO Squeeze may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.

4. Parental Responsibility

  • A parent or legal guardian must provide current contact information and remain responsible for their child’s transportation, supervision at required events, and overall safety.

  • CEO Squeeze does not provide childcare.

5. Events & Programs

  • Event schedules, workshops, and meetups may change or be canceled at our discretion.

  • Some activities may require advance registration or additional fees, which will be clearly stated.

6. Media Release

  • By attending club events, you grant CEO Squeeze permission to photograph or record your child for marketing, educational, or promotional use.

  • If you prefer not to have your child photographed, you must provide written notice in advance.

7. Liability

  • Participation is at your own risk. CEO Squeeze, its owners, and its representatives (including Giovanni Bishop-Falu and Jeanette Falu-Bishop) are not liable for injuries, accidents, or losses during events or activities.

8. Termination of Membership

  • CEO Squeeze reserves the right to suspend or cancel membership without refund if these terms are violated.

 

By completing your membership purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
